How the payment process works
We keep the commissioning and payment process clear, transparent, and secure from your initial enquiry through to final delivery.
1. Photo check and booking
Submit your pet's photo and details. Once confirmed as suitable for painting, we will email your booking slot confirmation.
2. 50% deposit to start
Pay an initial 50% deposit via either secure STRIPE payment link or direct bank transfer (BACS) to secure your slot and allow painting. A pencil outline sketch will be emailed to you before painting commences, for your approval.
3. Final approval and balance
When your pet portrait is finished, I will send a digital preview for your approval. Once approved, the remaining 50% balance (plus any required shipping costs) is to be paid via secure STRIPE payment link or BACS, before the portrait is dispatched.
Accepted payment methods
To secure your custom pet portrait booking, I accept payments via secure STRIPE payment link or direct bank transfers (BACS) A 50% deposit is required before painting commences, with the remainder due upon completion and your full approval of the finished artwork.
